High Gloss Paper Prints
It is really important to us that the images are vibrant with excellent colour saturation and that our limited edition paper prints reproduce this along with the subtle details within the artwork.
After testing many print papers, we decided that Fujiflex High Gloss Archival paper gives all the qualities we want to faithfully reproduce our images and delivers stunning results. Utilising a digital C-Type (Chromagenic) process, the light-sensitive Fujiflex paper is exposed to the image using LEDs and the paper is then processed chemically. As this process relies on layers of light-sensitive emulsion in the paper, the results are organic, producing superb luminous images. This printing method is very different to an ink jet printer and requires specialist laboratory equipment that cannot be replicated in the home.
The prints have a modern high gloss finish with fantastic colour reproduction and pearlescent appearance. The images are abstract and impressionistic but there are subtle details and areas of sharpness that contrast with this. All the fine details are produced in great clarity and the more you look at the prints, the more you will see. In certain light, the prints have a beautiful iridescent quality, and the intensity of colour saturation is exceptional. The prints have a silky, vibrant contemporary feel that will look fantastic in any home.
All print papers are exact standard metric ‘A’ paper sizes and include a white border surround. This uniform border ensures that there is plenty of room for mountboard and the original aspect ratio of the image is retained for the best presentation. This border will make your prints look good in a poster style frame or even better with a mounted photo frame.
Your local picture framer will find it easy to frame and mount the prints for you and we recommend dry mounting as this will provide the best presentation with no rippling or movement of the print.
These prints all come carefully rolled and packaged in a tube for safe postage with free global delivery.
