Shipping Policy
High-Gloss Paper Prints:
Processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment. Prints are rolled and posted securely in a cardboard tube.
Estimated Print Order shipping times are:
Europe 3-5 Business Days.
USA and Canada 7-9 Business Days.
Rest of the World 10 Business Days.
Aluminium Photo Panels:
Processed on receipt of payment but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you would like it sooner or if it is for an urgent gift, please contact us and we will do our best to quickly speed up the process.
If you are based outside the UK and would like Aluminium prints, please contact us with details of your location and we will calculate shipping costs and reply as soon as we can.
Orders are shipped from the UK and customers within this region will not have any additional import costs. Outside of the UK, buyers will be responsible for any local duties or import taxes that may be charged.
